1. Can I give a preference on accommodation when booking?
You can communicate your preference. We cannot guarantee it, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. The number or name of the accommodation will be communicated upon arrival.

2. What time is it possible to get the keys of the accommodation on the day of arrival?
Keys are guaranteed from 12:00 noon. If the accommodation was not occupied the night before, it is available from 10:00 am. In any case, it is possible to arrive from 10:00 am, check in and use all the services of the Agriturismo by leaving your luggage in Reception.

3. Is it possible to arrive during the night?
No, it is not possible to arrive after 6:30 pm as the business is family-run and there is no night watchman on the Agriturismo.

4. When should the balance of the stay be paid?
The balance of your stay is preferable and required upon arrival to avoid long waits at check-out.

5. Is Tourist Tax included in the rate?
No, tourist tax is never included in the rate.
In Valeggio sul Mincio from 1 April to 31 December a tourist tax of € 1 per person per night is applied. This tax must be paid in cash at the Reception of the Agriturismo at the time of settlement.
Children under 15 years of age are not subject to payment of the tax.

6. What happens in the event of a stay cancellation?
In the event of cancellation of your stay for any reason, up to 15 days prior to arrival it is fully refundable.
From 14 to 10 days prior to arrival 30% of the reservation value will be retained.
From 9 to 2 days prior to arrival 50% of the reservation value will be retained.
From 1 day prior to arrival and no-show will result in the 30% + 50% deposit being retained.
In case of early departure, the cost of the entire stay will be retained. Any possible reimbursement on our part will incur a charge of € 20 per transaction. In this regard, we recommend that you take out travel insurance that covers you in the event of serious impediments.

7. Is it possible to arrive a day later than the booked date or to leave earlier than the booked departure date?
In the case of early departure or late arrival, the booked period must be paid in full.

8. Is it possible to leave outside reception opening hours?
With prior agreement with Reception, it is possible to leave outside the opening hours.

9. Are sheets and towels included in the price? Is it possible to bring bed linen and towels from home?
Bed linen and towels are included in the price of the Rooms but not in the price of the Mobile Homes.
For the latter, you can bring your own linen from home or, if you book in advance, you can hire our sheets and towels, which will be prepared directly in the accommodation.
The cost of the rental and any change required is € 12,00 per person. In the "Deluxe Offer" rate, linen is included in the price.

10. Are animals allowed inside the Agriturismo and AgriCamping?
Animals are not allowed in the Agriturismo's rooms, while they are welcome in some Mobile Homes reserved for those travelling with animals and in the pitches, observing and signing the regulations dedicated to them. A surcharge is payable, which varies according to the period. Please note that it is not permitted to leave your pet unattended inside the Mobile Homes or on the pitch.

11. Is WI-FI available inside the Agriturismo?
Of course, Wi-Fi is free of charge throughout the indoor and outdoor facilities.

12. Is it possible to rent bicycles inside the Agriturismo?
Bicycles are available for hire in our Agriturismo at a cost of € 10 per person per day, which can be requested and reserved at Reception within 24 hours of use.

13. Is it possible to eat inside the Agriturismo?
Our Agriturismo provides guests with accommodation and breakfast; for the time being we do not do catering as the Veneto agriturismo law provides for restrictive percentages on farm produce and our farm cannot cover them.

14. Does the Agriturismo have accommodation for Disable Guests?
The Agriturismo does not have rooms or accommodation for Guest who require a wheelchair, but there is an external disabled bathroom dedicated for Guest of the campsite.

15. Does the Agriturismo have a Laundry Service?
The Agriturismo has a self-service Laundry Service. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer, a drying rack for clothes and an iron for free use are available.

16. Does the Agriturismo have smoking accommodation?
The Agriturismo does not have accommodation for smoking guests, but the Mobile Homes are complete with an outside veranda with table and chairs, making them the ideal accommodation for smokers.
