General conditions

Check-In

Rooms and Mobile Homes: Available by reservation from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 18:30.

• If the accommodation was unoccupied the previous night, it will be ready from 10:00.
• Otherwise, availability is guaranteed after 12:00 (during peak season, it may only be ready after 14:30).
• Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

Pitches: Check-in is available from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 18:30.

• If you plan to arrive after these hours, please notify us in advance to receive instructions.
• For arrivals between 18:30 and 22:30, online check-in is required.

Check-Out

Rooms and Mobile Homes: From 7:30 to 10:00.

• If available and booked in advance, you can extend your stay until 18:30 for an additional fee (not available in July and August).

Pitches: From 7:30 to 12:00.

• Upon request and for an additional fee, you can stay until 18:30 (not available in July and August).
• Departures after 18:30 will be charged an extra night.

Leaving before 7:30?
This is possible, but arrangements must be made by 18:00 on the previous day.

Payment

Deposit: To confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required within 3 days of the reservation. If payment is not received, the booking will be canceled.

Balance: The remaining amount must be paid at least 10 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

By making a reservation, the guest agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• Free Cancellation: Up to 16 days before the arrival date.
• 30% Fee: For cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before arrival.
• 100% Fee: For cancellations made 6 days or less before arrival, no-shows, or early departures.
• "Non-Refundable" Rate: No refunds apply.

Refunds: In case of a refund, a €25 processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
