Check - In

Rooms and Mobile Homes:  by appointment from 10:00am to 12:00am and from 3:00pm to 6:30pm.

The accommodations are available from 10:00 in the morning if not occupied the previous night otherwise after 12:00.
The Guest is asked to communicate at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of arrival.

Pitches:  from 10:00am to 12:00am and from 3:00pm to 6:30pm.
Check-in will be done the next day for those arriving after this time and before 10:30pm.

Check - Out

Rooms and Mobile Homes:  from 7:30am and by 10:00am.
On the day of departure it is possible to use the accommodation after 10.00am if available and booked in advance, paying an additional fee of € 45,00 per accommodation.

Pitches:  from 7:30am and by 12:00am.
On the day of departure it is possible to use the pitch until 6:30pm if available and booked in advance, paying an extra fee of € 18,00 for pitch. Staying beyond 6.30pm requires payment of one night.

Booking and payment methods

To book an accommodation, you can do it directly from our online Booking, obtaining the best price available on the web and with the best cancellation policy.
For special requests it is necessary to send by e-mail, or by filling out our form, a request where to specify the name and surname of the guest, the date of arrival and departure, the number of people with the age of any children and accommodation interested. The reservation will only be confirmed after payment of a deposit of 30% of the cost of the stay within 3 days of booking and the second 50% payment is required within 10 days prior to arrival. The remaining 20% is payable at the facility upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

By making the reservation the customer accepts the cancellation policy as follows:

Up to 15 days prior to arrival, cancellation is free of charge. 
From 14 to 10 days prior to arrival 30% of the reservation value will be retained.
From 9 to 2 days prior to arrival 50% of the reservation value will be retained.
From 1 day prior to arrival and no-show will result in the 30% + 50% deposit being retained.
In case of early departure, the cost of the entire stay will be retained.
Any eventual reimbursement on our part will incur a charge of € 20 per transaction.

Travel insurance
